Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and an invoice will be sent to you. I understand life happens. please reach out to me directly in cases of special circumstances and I will do my best to work with you. No shows will be required to pay 100% of the service and an invoice will be sent to you. I allow a 15 minute grace period after scheduled appointment time, however your service may be shortened depending on my availability and schedule that day, and you will still be required to pay for the service booked. If showing up late becomes a problem I will start requiring a deposit that will go towards your scheduled service.
